Joel Lipsitch

After more than twenty years at leading agricultural firms, Joel Lipsitch founded Blair Road Consulting in 2024 with the goal of putting his skills and experience and those of his consulting partners directly in the service of clients.

Joel has had the privilege to serve growers around the globe during his career at large companies including John Deere, Bayer CropScience, and UPL as well as two startups - Sound Agriculture and Iteris ClearAg. He has focused primarily on marketing, sales, and strategy with additional leadership roles in field development and regulatory. Along the way he has built deep expertise in the row crop and fruit and vegetable markets, the channel and its alternatives, and building markets for new and novel technologies. Joel holds a BA in economics from Williams College and MBA and MEM degrees from Duke University.

Diego Angelo

Diego Angelo is an AgTech executive and advisor with deep experience helping companies move from promising technology to real commercial traction. He brings a rare combination of strategic perspective and hands-on operating experience across startups and global agricultural leaders.

Over the past several years, Diego has advised early- and growth-stage AgTech companies as they navigate commercialization, market entry, and partnerships. His work spans AI-driven agronomic data platforms, IoT solutions for pest management in high-value crops, ag-specific custom software, gene editing, and traceability—supporting founders as they refine value propositions, build go-to-market strategies and engage strategic customers.

Previously, Diego served in senior commercial leadership roles at Biotalys, Sound Agriculture, BASF, Bayer, and Monsanto across Crop Protection and Seeds & Traits. As Chief Commercial Officer at Sound Agriculture, he led the launch of the company’s first commercial product in the U.S. and closed multiple strategic and global agreements in crop enhancement and epigenetics. 

His earlier career included executive roles across Argentina, the United States, Germany, and EMEA, giving him a global view of agricultural markets and customer needs.

Originally from Argentina and now based in the United States, Diego is passionate about how technology can improve food production while advancing environmental stewardship. He is known for being a pragmatic partner to founders—helping turn strong science into scalable, customer-driven businesses.

Scott Coldagelli

After more than fifteen years at leading agricultural firms, Scott Coldagelli started Lins Consulting, bringing deep expertise in commercial strategy, organizational transformation, and business development directly to clients.  He is excited to partner his company with Blair Road in a continued effort to serve agricultural and food chain clients.

Prior to consulting; Scott built his career serving the agricultural industry across a range of roles spanning marketing, sales, strategic accounts, and executive leadership. He spent six years at Verdesian Life Sciences, rising to EVP and General Manager for North America, with additional leadership roles in Business Transformation and Strategic Accounts & Business Development. Prior to that, he honed his commercial skills at Bayer CropScience, where he served as Herbicide Product Manager and completed the company's Commercial Excellence Leadership Program in Marketing. Before entering the private sector, Scott served four years in the Peace Corps, working directly with farming communities in Sub-Saharan Africa — an experience that grounded his understanding of agriculture at its most fundamental level.

Scott holds a BS from Illinois State University and an MBA in Marketing from Wake Forest University.

Pierre-Andre Rebeyrat

After more than twenty years in data-driven technology sectors, with the majority in precision agriculture, Pierre-André (P-A) Rebeyrat brings deep experience in product strategy, marketing, and business growth to Blair Road Consulting and its clients.

P-A has had the privilege to serve growers and agricultural partners around the world during his career in senior leadership roles at leading technology companies including Iteris/ClearAg, Trimble, and John Deere. He has focused primarily on product management, marketing, and strategy across precision agriculture technologies spanning hardware platforms, sensors, data analytics, software, and services, including SaaS and digital agriculture platforms. Along the way he has built deep expertise in bringing data-driven agricultural technologies to market, scaling innovative solutions across global markets, and developing strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.

P-A holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Temple University and MBA and MEM degrees from Northwestern University.
